Please read this Policy carefully before making any payments or subscriptions. By using the Gym's services, you agree to adhere to this Policy.
Membership Cancellation:
Cancellation Process: If you wish to cancel your Gym membership, you must submit a written cancellation request to the Gym's management. Cancellation requests may be submitted in person or by email to rawfitnessstudio2020@gmail.com.
Notice Period: A minimum notice period of 5 Days is required for membership cancellations. Your membership will continue to be active until the end of the notice period.
Refunds for Unused Membership Period: We do not offer refunds for any of the membership plans. Membership fees paid are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for specific situations, such as:
Overpayment: If you have been charged more than the agreed-upon amount due to an error on our part, we will refund the overcharged amount.
Services Not Rendered: If the Gym is unable to provide services as agreed upon, and it is not due to a breach of terms on your part, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Request Process: To request a refund, you must contact the Gym's management at rawfitnessstudio2020@gmail.com within 2 days of the issue arising.
Refund Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the discretion of the Gym's management.

Change of Membership:
Membership Upgrades/Downgrades: If you wish to change your membership type (e.g., upgrade or downgrade), please contact the Gym's management. Changes will be applied to your membership on a pro-rata basis.

The Gym reserves the right to implement a no-show policy for scheduled classes, sessions, or appointments. If you repeatedly fail to attend without prior cancellation, you may be subject to additional charges or restrictions.
