Note: All reference to the ‘Gym’ refers to Raw Fitness Studio, its staffs, and employees. Facilities refer to the gymnasium, changing rooms and fitness studios where applicable.

1. I agree to abide by the rules of conduct, behavior, dress code, equipment usage and use of services that are displayed within this Gym and that have been provided to me. 

   
   

2. I agree that the membership fees are not refundable, and I agree and understand that non usage of the gym does not allow early termination of this agreement nor does it warrant a refund of any type. I also agree understand that non usage of the gym does not affect any payment terms and conditions of this agreement and that gym is in no way responsible for my level of usage of the gym and I understand that it is not the responsibility of the gym to notify me of my non usage. 

   
   

3. I agree to abide that if the member does not use the gym even for one day, refund could be initiated at member's request only at the discretion of any one of the partners of Raw Fitness Studio and the refund would be processed after 3 business days after deducting cancellation charge of upto ₹500 (₹300 for already exisiting members and the non-refundable admission fee ₹500 for newly added members.)

   
   

4. The Gym may at their discretion block access to the gym or terminate any membership agreement without notice for any non-compliance of this agreement or any behavior or action that they deem inappropriate. 

   
   

5. Facilities and services may be altered without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect the terms of my membership agreement. 

   
   

6. I fully understand that I am solely responsible for any damage which I may cause to the gym, its facilities, services, products, or equipment, if such damage is caused by my willful act and/or negligence. If any damage occurs due to member's negligence, a minimum fine amount of ₹3000 will be collected and any other fine amount will be added based on the severity of the damage caused to the gym.

   
   

7. I am fully aware that the gym is equipped with the Video Surveillance technology which is constantly recording for the security of the gym and that the Video Surveillance can be remotely viewed at any time by the gym operator and/or security provider.

   
   

8. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks of injury or ill health resulting from use of the services and from participation in exercise generally, in consideration of participation in activities within the gym. I agree to participate in all activities at my own risk and responsibility whether supervised or not by Staff.

   
   

9. At Raw Fitness Studio, we take your privacy seriously. We do not pass your information onto any other business. If you do not wish to receive email, SMS or mail correspondence from us regarding your membership, special offers, promotions or your health then please send us an message on the official WhatsApp confirming that you wish to unsubscribe for such methods of communication. 

   
   

10. I fully understand and accept that open lockers rack are provided for my use as an additional service and that the gym is not responsible for any loss or damage to my property when using the gym or the lockers, including; mobile phone, wallet, headphone, bag or other. 

    
    

11. I understand that I am not permitted to change the music or volume of music in the gym and that Raw Fitness Studio retains full control over this system Which managed remotely by its staffs.

    
    

12. 3 months to 12 months upgrade will be done within the 1st week of sign up only & at the current price & not applicable with any other offer.

    
    

13. Building allotted Parking is subject to availability, members are required to follow building as well as traffic rules for Parking. Raw Fitness Studio is not responsible for any damage or tow of your personal vehicle.
